What is Laser Quest?
Laser Quest is suitable for children seven and over and very popular with adults too! You’ll love the adrenaline pumping exhilaration of hunting down your opponents and scoring points in our huge state of the art Laser Quest arena.
How long will my booking be?
Laser Quest will typically last approximately 60 minutes in total depending on the package you chose, structured as follows:
- Vesting and Briefing Session: 5 minutes. Prior to the games, you and your group will spend around 5 minutes getting equipped with vests and receiving a briefing on the rules and objectives.
- First Laser Quest Game: 15 minutes. Dive into the excitement of your first 20-minute laser quest game, engaging in thrilling battles within our dynamic arenas.
- Rest and Toilet Break: 20 minutes. Take a brief break between games to relax, refresh, and use the facilities.
- Second Laser Quest Game: 20 minutes. Jump back into the action for another intense 20-minute laser quest game, strategizing and competing for victory.
With this format, your laser quest session will provide you and your group of up to 20 players with an action-packed hour of immersive fun!
FAQs
Laser Quest is suitable for children aged seven and upwards and is very popular with adults, too! You’ll love the adrenaline-pumping exhilaration of stalking your opponents and unleashing a searing volley of laser fire in the Laser Quest battle zone of the 21st century.
We advise dark, comfortable clothes and flat shoes with a sole that grips.
Please note, that we do not allow customers to play bare footed, wearing heeled shoes or wearing open-toe footwear, such as flip-flops, sliders or similar. If you arrive in unsuitable footwear, we will not allow you to play for your own safety, but we will honour your booking allow you to return at a later date to play your game sessions.
Laser Quest is a non-contact activity. The rules are as follows:
- No running allowed.
- No crouching, crawling or lying down.
- No wheelie/heeled footwear.
- No swearing or foul language.
- No physical contact allowed under any circumstances.
- No disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behaviour.
- No climbing on the scenery.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy to any customers that verbally or physically abuse our staff or customers. If this happens, you will be asked to leave immediately, and the Police called where necessary.
Any one over the age of seven can play Laser Quest.
Games last 20 minutes, and in a one-hour session, you get two x 20-minute games.
Up to 20 players are able to play Laser Quest at any one time. We are unable to have more than 20 plays in any of our games.
If you are going to be late please phone us to let us know. All sessions start at the time booked and we are unable to allow entry after the laser Quest games has started.
All will be explained when you arrive.
Unfortunately not. All sales are final. Please be aware our game is a live experience. Once the booking has been confirmed refunds and cancellations are not accepted. All bookings are final at time of purchase.
Generally not, but we may need to see ID if it’s tied to a specific discount.
It’s really best to give us a call to talk through your specific circumstances to make sure everyone has the best time.
You should arrive 15 minutes before your booked time. This allows for any questions you may have to be answered and a pre-game briefing.

We do not allow food or drink from outside to be brought in to the venue. We do sell snacks and drink at the venue.

There’s no height limit at the entrance, and we’re just a 3-minute walk from the car park. Tesco customers enjoy three hours of free parking at The Grove Centre opposite us, a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, the main high street provides one hour of free parking.
